You're trusting us with financial documents. Here's exactly how they're handled.

Who can see your documents

Only you. Access is enforced at the database level, not just in the application — so a bug in our code can't expose one account's documents to another.

Where they're stored

Encrypted, in UK or EU data centres. CONFIRM REGION

How long we keep them

For the life of your claim plus the period HMRC may ask questions. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

Who we share them with

Nobody. We don't sell data and we don't pass documents to third parties. Where a case needs specialist review, that happens with your knowledge.

Anonymised price data

We'd like to build regional price benchmarks from what people pay for materials. That's opt-in, always off by default, and separated from any information identifying you.
